I use CushCore in my tubeless mtn bike tires. But as others say use tubeless with some Stan's.

Don’t do it. Had a tractor that would knock your fillings out once I filled the front tires.

Slime and liners on my RadRover E bike. Hunt out west with lots of mesquite and cactus and I’ve yet to have a flat in 4 years. Id nix the foam idea.

These are the way to go with a tube. If not go tubeless and some premium sealant. Look at what the mountain bikers use or the guys that do the triathalons. Ain’t cheap but works well with the required maintenance of tubeless.

I have a fat tire e-bike. I’m currently running it with what came from the factory. This will eventually be used out west where the cactus and mesquite thorns are. So far I’ve put a little over 50 miles on it in the piney woods without a flat. I was planning on getting the tannus liners, but after seeing this thread I’m not sure if that’s the way to go or going tubeless with a good sealer.

Prevent 90% of bike flats with Tannus Armour. 15mm of advanced multi-cell foam protects against punctures, pinch flats, and sidewall damage. Ride with confidence and go farther, flat-free!

Mine were Mr. Tuffy liners. Installed them in 2019 and no flats.

Years ago we foam filled the tires on an old Willis jeep. It road like a Fred Flinstone car. Currently we have three E motorcycles with foam filled tires at the ranch. They have a pretty firm ride.

Thanks. I know nothing about tires. I didn’t realize you could run tubes and slime. I’m just trying to find the best thing possible to prevent flats out west.

Our place outside of Christoval is very rocky with lot so of cactus and thorns. I stay pretty much on the roads and trails and have had zero issues. My big tip is wear a helmet. I caught a rock a year or so ago and took a good tumble and my helmet took the hit.

the process to change from tube set up to tubeless on an ebike is stupid expensive!
