I'm in Katy as well and I'd make the drive to Bellville. Prices aren't cheap, but they turn out a good product. Remember every time they ask you if you want to add something, cheese, onion etc it's an upcharge. The first time I took a quartered deer there it was around $500 !!

I believe the minimum quantity for any sausage is 20lbs. If you want half venison half pork they charge by the pound for the pork (something like $3/lb) as well or you can stop by Kroger/HEB and buy a few pork butts for 0.99/lb when on sale.

I like Arnold’s in Hempstead. Bellville is good as well just more expensive.

Used to take all my sausage needs to Doziers in Fulshear.

My go to is Dozier's..Affordable and very tasty. Just had my son's first deer done there and their Venison Sticks are really good. I've never had any issues of any kind with them and they have some new products with the new owner. One head's up...the old bacon-wrapped backstraps have gone way up in pricing and are no longer even remotely worth it (wrap 'em yourself).

Been to most of the above, and Arnold's is the best of them. Try the boudin there too.

I would take it if it were mine to Bellville,

You can probably get price sheets on their websites.

Went to Bellville one time. It was expensive but pretty good. MY SIL dropped the deer there.

I drive up from Corpus to drop mine off at Bellville.
Good stuff, it's not the cheapest, but I think it's worth it.

Last year I had it all cut up and vacuum packed in 5-7lbs packs (so I could freeze it and take it when I could).
Drop off and ordering is quick and easy (it's on a side street behind the market).

Pretty happy with my axis and whitetail from Bellville. Will not spend another dime at Midway.

Arnolds's boudin is very good, Jr's in Wharton has always been good for sausage. Can't go wrong with Vinceks either.

Those sammiches and a smoked pork loin after a duck/goose hunt back in the day was lights out.

The drive back to tomball on the other hand. Dr pepper and Copenhagen I guess
