I am going to be boning out 4 deer tomorrow that my dad and I shot at Choke Canyon Calliham unit tomorrow. I’m going to save the steaks and back straps.
Is there a processor you would recommend near by that would take boned out meat to turn into sausage? We have plenty of grind and are both wanting some quality link sausage (jap and cheese, summer sausage, etc)
I have never taken a deer to a processor so I have no clue on cost either what do you believe 4 deer worth of “grind” meat will cost?
