I have never understood the infatuation with with the commercial Tues business around Van tx. I guess because of all the truck stops and I20. If your friend is straight up and honest he should do well with it.

Hooo boy, this thread is great.
I too am curious what the agreement is? You getting a some more back in interest? The folks on Shark Tank would have taken 80% of the biz for fronting 100% of cost.
I would have let my wife know up front before I did it, she usually gives a good perspective. If this is just generosity on your part I pray it comes back to you 10 fold.
