Me:
2 blood pressure/hypertension meds (Not overweight, its all hypertension related) Last nuclear stress test was clear, so was my neck scan, and my blood work.
Wife: (Had a large brain tumor removed 7 years ago, prior to that, zero meds)
3000mg of Keppra (Anti Seizure meds) daily
1000mg of Tegretol (Anti Seizure med) daily
Prozac (To limit Keppra side affects) daily
Phenergan (as needed when meds upset stomach)
Maxalt (Migraine med as needed)
Emgality (Migraine shot once a month)
Tramadol (Pain med to treat Neuropathy due severed nerves in neck from craniometry/brain surgery) as needed
Valsartan (BP med) daily
Prescription Vitamin D and Iron medications for blood issues.
Iron infusions once every 3 months to treat chronic low iron.
She might also take some other stuff, from time to time, which greatly decreases her need for almost all of the above meds. But she has to be careful with that, because...well.
Moral of story, try not to get a brain tumor.
Just one of those meds would knock a horse on their arse. She functions though it every day, and I still dont know how. She's a tough girl.
