12v Cummins Swap F-250

Just about finished up my sons truck 12 valve swap, think it turned out great. If anyone is thinking about doing the swap it’s actually pretty dang easy. Still waiting on a few parts to come in to finish up but was able to take it for a spin and I’ll tell you it’s impressive. Should be around 450-500hp with 1200lb torque. My 17 year old son did most of the work himself so I’m proud of him, he’s not scared to tear into anything. Lol

Bought it for 1500.00 bucks, it came out of a 1994 Ford 750 truck with 68,000 miles. Didn’t have to but took it to buddy of mines
shop and had motor checked out and he said looked new on the inside.
Son probably wouldn’t mind doing it for ya. Lol
