I like the rule, but I also think it will lead to people not admitting to shooting a animal and not giving it the effort it takes to track one. I like to think a lease member wouldnt do that, but we all know there is someone who will.

Seems like it would just be “the right thing to do” to not shoot another buck. Unfortunately, lots of people don’t do the right thing
