VHR Ranch in Cameron is/was the ONLY licensed mobile butcher in Texas…as of April 2021… last year. I made a thread…search mobile butcher.

Guess the mobile processing wouldn't give the beef a long time to hang in a freezer. But once packaged straight into the freezer. I heard of a group doing mobile processing of Nilgai in South Texas. not sure the name etc.

I had two heifers processed by Texas Fresh Mobile Processing. He did a good job. I know a couple different people that have used VHR. They said their work was very good as well
