Does anyone know of processor that will come to the farm and butcher a steer? With all the kill dates booked up at processors I thought I would try to find a mobile processor

Our processors here in Laramie offer on farm processing. Pretty sure Hess Meats in Muenster will do on farm processing too.
Check the beef processors in rural areas, bet they do it just not advertised.
We had some local guys try it for game processing. They didn't last long. They used a refrigerated box truck and would set up near hunting areas or edge of town.Comment

This is something I actually thought about getting into. I know a lot of farms have to schedule and transport the animals to the facility which can stress them out. It also makes it easier on the farmer if someone can come to them.
