Download the Hidrent app and list it as a project with a price your willing to pay.
Several have come up in the last few days ranging from 300 -600 so if you need it done you might get it done a lot cheaper

3-$400 for us here in East Texas. That’s installing and taking down. We just provide everything needed, and they hang them.

I’d risk falling off the roof for that price

Let's keep this simple, for $50 I'll drive you through my neighborhood in december to look at lights.

My neighbors here in Boerne pay for it. Actually signed a 3 year contract to have it done. Dad is not very manly so I’m not surprised. The contract price is close to 1k plus a rental fee PER lightbulb that is hung on the house.

Did that price include the lights? Mine were expensive the first year because they provided commercial led lights for my house, front fence(300+ ft) and wrapping two giant pecan trees. After that we just pay in the hundreds of dollars to have them put up and taken down.

I would not pay to hang any lights

But if your time and ability equates to it being in your favor to pay then go for it

How long does it take to hang lights for $1500?

Yep this is exactly what they provide. I got a second quote tonight for $873. Still, that’s a lot of cash for lights. The quotes are for commercial lights, install and take down and storage. They will also replace or fix anything that goes wrong with them for free. The following years are less expensive because the initial purchase includes the lights.

I have a neighbor that has a bucket truck and said he would help me put them up so I’ll probably just go that route. We want to line the roof and my home is a two story. I’m not brave enough to go climbing that high. (I don’t have to be manly, I’m a girl lol)
