    Moving to WA state

Well y'all...it's been mostly good in TX but time to move on. I got an awesome job offer in Renton, WA so we're heading to moister pastures on the left coast.

Got my rain gear, total lack of fashion sense, and coffee addiction packed and ready so we'll be hitting the road in a few weeks.

We're both nervous but it should be an awesome opportunity and closer to my wife's family.

I'm gonna miss GRXH 2021, hopefully I'll be able to fly out for GRXH '22. I'm thinking 95$ OTC resident elk, bear, muley, and cougar tags will help ease the pain a little...

I'll let y'all know when I've scouted out the good roosie elk spots

Good luck. Hunting maybe, but no way I would live there. Between the politics and the homeless, the drug problem and the crappy weather, I’m out.

Let me know when you’re here, I work in pacific so I’m not far from Renton. I’ve got a few places around me that is pretty good hunting.

Lived on Whidbey Island for four years, great black tail mule deer, easy catching 20+ pound salmon, fresh water rainbow trout in every lake... Dungeness crab [emoji886] in the sound. Buy a boat. Sportsman's paradise. If I won the powerball, I'd have a vacation home there

Change “crappy” to “hot” and you could say that about Texas.

Too liberal for me personally no matter how good the opportunity is

Son, I've never seen so many meth-heads as I've seen in a Poplarville, MS Dollar General.

I don’t doubt that, they are everywhere, in every state.

Don’t go getting bent out of shape, it wasn’t a jab at Texas. I miss living in Texas, during the winter months.
