I've seen worse. I'd give it about a 6 out of 10. Looks wet, too skinny. Face & eyes look good. Cats are real hard to get to look natural. Try brushing it, might help.

Looks better than mine! It’s not great, but I’d say it’s ok. Does it’s back left leg touch the ground? It’s hard to tell in that pic.

I ask because I had one done with the same pose. When laid on a flat surface it didn’t sit right at all. Mine was a waste of money. It’s so ugly I have it prominently placed so it’s the first thing you see in my house.
Yours looks way better.

I’d say it looks better than most. I think a good brushing would make it look a lot better. Looks like it just got out of a fight.

The face and eyes are the most difficult for the taxidermist and looks like he did well there. The coat could use some brushing to get the greasy, wet look addressed. Might’ve been a skinny cat to begin with but does appear thin. I bet it looks much better on the landscape it was designed for. Got a pic like that?

The cat was pretty skinny but it’s the only one I’ve ever killed and did it with my bow.
