31" arrow out of a speed bow at 360 spine I would say you are underspined for sure. Had the same problem with my bowtech invasion. It liked the Easton bloodline 330's ok. Really likes the Easton axis 300's.

I'm gonna do this, I adjusted the rest with the bare shaft and any alight movement either way from where it is at now would make it kick.

I dont have a press "yet" so may have to go visit a buddy who does for the yolk and cam stuff.

Picked up some black eagle rampage 250s today. Haven't shot but a hand full of times and not thru paper yet. Arrows were hitting lower to be expected. After zeroing in at 20 I shot 2 broadheads from 40 and both hit where I was aiming. Bow still might not be tuned but if I can hit where I'm aiming I'll take it lol
