Well went to the storage unit and grabbed a few things to sell. I had 3 spam cans of ammunition for a Mosin Nagant. I looked it up and WOW. What is so special about these guns. Bought each of my kids a rifle and 4 spam cans of ammunition for $350 years ago.

A single Mosin is worth that now a days. Possibly a lot more depending on manufacturer and markings
Yea I know. I got my kids two of the more wanted models. I sent a photo of one to my buddy I’m going with and he said they will get 350-400 each. I have no idea why anyone wants them as the trigger is horrible, safety is bad design, and they don’t shoot tacks. But both my kids got one and shot them in the yard. I would get spam cans for $80

Surplus has dried up and lots of people collect military rifles. I’d like to have a rarer example but it’s not high on my list.
And the reason for the ammo run....
I heard on talk radio this morning that gun sells, in Texas alone , since the George Floyd fiasco, is in the neighborhood of 750,000 units with Florida being the next highest with over 400,000 sold.. I think it was nearly 5,000,000 nation wide... That is just insane...
