This here. Also, sometimes the only thing I have on hand is beer lol so sometimes that’s what they get as long as they’re old enough [emoji1303]

I drop the tailgate and help load it. They should appreciate that.

Based on these tipping threads, I suppose some people tip in every interaction they have with other humans. If you’ll tip for take out, why not at the McDonald’s drive thru? If you’ll tip at the feed store, why not at Lowe’s? I’m sure they’d appreciate it too and it wouldn’t hurt you. I bet the cart wrangler at Walmart would love an extra buck or two for gathering up the carts that customers can’t be bothered to walk back up the the store.

I have a broad idea of what these types of employees are paid by their employer. If they provide me a service that I think is above and beyond that level of pay, I give them extra.
That, or they want everybody to think they do. I worked at a feed store for a couple years, never rec'd a tip. If folks are worried about the blessing they're receiving for it, they should know you're not supposed to let the left hand know what the right is doing.

Lol. I’m more interested in blessing someone else than receiving one, I’m already blessed to be able to do it, see how that works?

Never have and never will at a feed store. That's just me and been a rancher all my life.

Usually do tip them a few bucks for loading 8–10 bags
Became a habit long time ago

Normally don’t when it’s a couple bags of horse grain. However, when they are slinging 100+ pound square bales in 100 degree weather we try to tip.

Depending on how much I'm buying it's always worth $5-10.
