    RTIC customer service

Anyone dealt with them and got a replacement cooler? My 65 is probably 4 or 5 years old, I put 3 bags of ice in it this morning and there is hardly any left as of right now. Seal looks good and as far as I can tell the lid is not warped. I know it’s hot as heck outside but they should hold ice longer than that right? What else do I need to check or what do I need to tell customer service to see about getting a replacement?

For the record I have been eyeballing the Pelicans just can’t pull the trigger quite yet.

Is the plug in? Definitely should hold ice longer than that. I doubt they’ll do anything for you.

Try freezing your ice before you put it in the cooler. I've had good luck with that.

All Ice isn’t equal. If it’s wet ice... on room temp drinks... in this heat... it did good!

Pre cooling cooler is key when it’s 100 degrees.

                  Both of these.

People seem to forget a cooler holds heat as well as cold. If it's been the garage for a month a 20lb bag is gonna go quickly. When I'm going for an extended weekend I bring the cooler inside and open the lid for a day then chill with a frozen gallon jug. And yes I have the b,the y and the r brand

pm me rtic dont want it. I've been wanting a second 65

RTIC warranty/customer service sux. Tried calling for two different issues on their coolers and both times were told they wouldn’t cover it. Once for it being won in a raffle and not having a receipt can’t remember the other.
