Wire wheel everything. After ospho be sure to wipe all the white chalk off with a mineral spirit. Prime with zinc chromate then slap on some International interthane 990 Paint. POR15 is cool if you want to repaint it every year.

How does Ospho compare to Gem Rust Killer?

I have an old trailer that I’m looking to rehab and have a good amount of Rust Killer I had planned on using but if Ospho is much better I may reconsider.

Definitely, but delaying the inevitable is the goal. I just had to offload a 4 wheeler due to rusted broken frame so I'm trying to be more aggressive with slowimg down the rust monster.
