    Hydration Drinks

Just curious what is y’all’s go to hydration drink for the summer heat??

I have really liked the body armor drinks they seem to actually quinch my thirst.

Thought about buying some Sqwincher single serves and give them a try to. Body armours are just hard to find and usually have to order 12 packs online. Got tired of drinking Gatorade.

Water with a packet if true lime or lemon. Citric acid is supposed to help with kidney stones.

Coconut water with pineapple or lime. Similar electrolytes to sports drinks with A LOT less sugar.

        It’s somewhat an acquired tast

I got off the body armour because it’s so thick. I own a landscape company and run a crew, so it’s hard to stay hydrated.

          1. Electrolit- lemon lime, orange, grape
          2. Gatorade zero
          3. Stripes brand, replenish, lemon lime and orange ate the two I like, they just have a whole lot of sugar.

Electrolit also helps when you’re sick too. Valero doesn’t carry electrolit, but almost all stripes do!

Is creatine an ingredient? Curious to how that works!

I think it’s a gimmick. My wife got some for preparing against altitude sickness when we headed to Colorado.

                              Kombucha

                              It's very refreshing

I seldom indulge in any sports drinks anymore.
