Every time I looked at my truck bed I just would smile..

I bought a used truck in Oklahoma, drove for a few weeks and traded it in Texas. I told the finance guy I never registered it and he said no problem at all. He was so desperate to get my money he just went with it.

Few weeks later the owner of the dealership called me and TOLD me to meet him at the office so I could cough up $3,500. I told him to hold his breath.

The only reason I feel bad about it was because the saleswoman was super nice and she was still a little green. Far as any empathy goes for the dealership I have none.

No way I’d pay it. As a business owner I’d never call a client and say hey I forgot to charge you for the blah blah blah after they’ve already paid me.

I had a flooring company bid to do some floor prep work in my current house. They gave me a bid. I accepted it. They told me they would come in a particular day, and stay until the job was finished. They came, did about half the work, and left. The next day, the owner called me up and said if I didn’t pay him another $500, they weren’t coming to finish the job. He also told me that bits for one of his machines were very expensive, and this job was dulling his bits, with an attitude like he was trying to make it seem like it was my fault!!!!! I was between a rock and a hard place, as I had other workers coming in right after the flooring guys. I paid it. I was so pizzed I couldn’t stand it! I will never do business with those thieves again!!!!!!!

Bill, you are OK, as long as you didn’t know you were taking advantage of the dealership when the deal was struck!!!!

It’s your own fault if you get ripped off at a dealership. You have to agree to the price before you pay them.
