corn or flour tortillas ?

I like flour as they really soak up the sauce.

If you prefer them to not soak it up then use corn.

how long and at what temp do you typically cook the casserole for?

The meat is cooked so I go for about 45 minutes at 325.

I'm not real scientific with this meal so just have fun with it.
