            Pasta fagioli, the olive garden copy recipe is a family favorite. The bean are hard to find right now so I'm substituting pinto beans for kidney beans and great northern beans. I doubt it will be different at all. I'll double the recipe and we'll have enough for left overs for a couple days.

                    I sat out some backstrap yesterday and we usually grill it but I think I’m gonna chicken fry it with some mashed potatoes and cream gravy. I’ll probably put on Quarantine 15.
