you can buy a kit at Wal-Mart/tractor supply to retrofit your existing 'sucky' gas cans for a few bucks, you just have to drill a hole for the vent cap; easy easy.

I have had no less than 10 of these kits and they all leak when you pour gas.

VP. Have several that have lasted years with no issues.

Saw some similar to the VP in bucees when I went through there last wknd but can’t recall the brand.

I like the eagle cans. I have one that’s over 20 years old.

I’ve bought a few old “good ones” at estate sales.

Lawnmower no big deal, bay boat with SafetyDeck is an issue. They leak and it’s a problem for me.

These were suggested to me in another thread. I needed 6 at the time so these were much cheaper than VP. VP makes these. The only precaution I took was keeping them in the shade and loosening the vent caps. Not sure about the vapor pressure differences between racing fuel and regular unleaded gas.

Just ordered 4. Leasemate tapes off the bottom 6 inches or so of his VP cans & sprays the rust oleum bed liner on ‘em. I’m gonna give that a go.

I just filled up my generators using the retrofit kit. Gas everywhere.

I need to look in to some of these others...
