Spend a couple of bucks more and go to Trout Trailer in New Caney. I spent a month or more trying to get the trailer made the way I wanted only to get a refund and drive to Trout and pick up the one I wanted! It was only about a $200 difference and it had trailer tires on it

I bought an 18' tandem. Concur with above post - the decking was just plain pine spray painted black and is rotten in several places. I'm going to have to redeck and it is welded in at the ends so I'm not sure how I'm going to pull that off. The wiring job is just OK and I've had to patch it up a few times. They get the job done but they are cheap. I have had mine about 5 years now. It's got some rust.
Also the prices they have on craigs are with "used" tires. I opted for new trailer tires and the price went up a little.
I would probably buy again just know that you'll want to treat the deck yourself immediately but you'll have to remove the cheap *** black paint. Even better, ask them not to paint yours when they assemble and put some boiled linseed or similar.

I've had a few of their trailers and no complaints. First was a 16' pipe top - New tires were cheap, deck painted. It lasted several years with light use, then Imreplaced the deck with treated, retired and repainted while deck was off. Worked great until I sold it. Never any issues with structure of trailer.
Second one was a 20' pipe top with brakes and heavier axles. Was actually very stout - treated deck, heavy duty jack, pulled & tracked well. It was stolen about 6 months after I bought it.
Currently have a lighter duty 20' pipe top and its been great. No structural issues in 4-5 years, brakes work well. Treated deck will need replacing in the next year, wiring will need attention as well. Tires have been replaced since I bought it with new tires.
Also have a 5x10 from them as well with the same review. Treated floor is still good and no issues with it in the couple years I've had it.
Overall, paint is sub-par on all of them as well as wiring. Those things are easy to fix for the savings over buying a bigger name brand trailer and I'd buy another if needed.

We got a big Tex 20’ for not much more than they are selling their 20’. While it may not be the top brand to many, it came with new trailer tires, whole trailer was powder coated, LED lights, every board was bolted to the frame on each cross member. It has held up very well and resale I’m sure is much better. We compared it to LSC which makes cheap trailers in North Texas and the quality wasn’t in the same conversation.
So don’t count out Big Tex.
