1. Deck didn’t last long, sitting outside
2. Paint job was marginal
3. Oem tires where horrible/ not even trailer tires, but where cheap car tires
4. It was ok for short local hauling, I personally wished he would have upgraded different things about it

We bought the 16' x 76" tandem axle with brakes from them about 4 years ago and it has done well for us... we did have ours kept in a storage unit so floor has held up fine. We just had to start changing tires last year from ranch road rocks, thorns, etc... but I've hauled my Tacoma on it many times and was very pleased. I would definitely ask what upgrades they offer and take them.

Ive had the 12' tandem axle for about 6 years now from them. Other than tires we havent had any issues with it, and its seen upwards of 50k miles. Now we dont use it for anything heavy. Ive got better built heavy trailers for that. It tows our UTVs all over the place though. The most weight it ever has is 2500-2700 lbs on it.
My recommendation is buy it with the cheap crap tires, and drive it straight to a tire shop. Their "upgraded" tires arent worth a **** either.

Amen to that.
I’ve owned two of their trailers . If you pay up for a treated deck up front you will get treated wood.
If you go in and order what you want they will have it built within a week.
I preordered both of the ones I purchased from them.
I went with 72” deck width instead of the normal 77” width so the trailer will fit between my fences and track tighter behind my truck. I also added a front side drop gate on my last one to load atvs sideways on the front.
Also added extra tie downs at specified locations.
They do not paint the underside of the trailer, at least not the two I bought. A few hours with a creeper and a can of rust oleum takes care of that.
Wires are run through torch holes in the under frame, pretty times saving way for them to do it , not ideal though.
PSA-
Wherever you buy- don’t forget to check your hubs /bearing nut tightness after your first few trips. The bearings work themselves in can have slack in them requiring a snug up or they will wear out prematurely.
To check- Jack the tire up off the ground and try to wiggle the tire up and down and side to side , there should be no noticeable movement. If so , pull the bearing cap, then cotter Key and snug the castle nut until the tire barely spins freely then reinstall parts.
I’m not doubting you don’t already know all that, but for those that don’t the previous paragraph can save a headache down the road.
