    I have run a lease in Texas for 12 years -LF- I am here to tell you it is not easy to do things right like these guys are. It takes money, time, patience -

    Dean's post is spot on - places like this do not happen by accident - takes the right people.

    For the price this is a hell of a deal on a first class ranch IMO

                    I really dig the attitude about growing big deer vs shooting big deer. Everybody touts the three main elements of growing big deer---Age, Nutrition, and Genetics. But I'll argue there is a strong 4th element (and maybe the most important)...Restraint. Looks like this place has all 4 elements. Good job!

                            Agree - place sounds amazing. But I won’t lie - at this stage of my life I’m too big of a panzy to go over there. Wish I wasn’t because I loved hunting Mexico growing up.
