2020 Workout Accountability thread!!!!!!!!!

    yesterday got my 5x5 bench press in and a workout called Icon 1

    3 rounds

    20 wall balls
    20 power clean @135

    I wanted to jump on the rower after the workout for some intervals like hully mentioned but I was spent.

      Solid workout this AM.

      .75 mile jog for a warm up

      Shoulders and core for the main course

      Ended with PT for the shins.

      Tomorrow is arms but seems like I tweaked my bicep again helping a buddy move on Tuesday...

        Just started working out yesterday, Ive been dieting since Jan 1.
        Starting with a mile run in the morning, trying to get ready for Firefighter physical agility tests this spring and summer

          I made it today for some shoulder and leg work. I threw some back in for good measure. 3 sets of strip sets.

          DB shoulder press/leg extension/incline situp
          Seated DB lateral raise/prone leg curl
          Upright row/low row/super squat
          Front plate raise/hanging leg raise

                Cardio and Abs this morning

                I'm starting to really like this new split of alternating cardio and weights. I can feel a difference in my cardio

                  What's your split?

                  Have a full day ahead, but will hit the gym later. I've got full body w/ leg focus. My program has me hitting legs focus 2/week.

                  Tonight I have-
                  Deadlifts
                  Dip
                  GH Raise
                  Leg Extension
                  Pullover
                  Lateral Raise
                  Skullcrusher

                  Gonna end with a some sort of cardio. Pool, basketball, wife.. not sure which one yet..

                  And cant forget about that sauna!
