    Holy balls!

    Shoulders and cardio hell is over.....

    5 min level 13 stair master as a warm up. First 3 shoulder exercises had 165lb tire flips mixed in between every set and the next 4 shoulder exercises had 250m rowing sprint mixed in after set #2 and set number #4.

    BB military press w tire flips
    BB shrugs w tire flips
    Drop set DB side raises with tire flips
    DB front raises /// face pulls w row sprints
    DB shoulder press /// single arm db side raise w row sprints
    DB rear delts /// DB single arm press w row sprints

    Ended with a 300m, 200m, 150m row sprints with 30 seconds of rest to end.

    1050 cals, 73mins, 145 bpm


    Also I was solo at the bench's doing presses when 2 attractive females went on both benches besides me and they were making noises very similar to another activity rather than working out during their sets and I had to move lol

      Knocked out chest and core this AM

      5 min skeeter warm up followed by a 500m rowing sprint

      BB Bench//Scissor kicks
      BB Incline // weight toe touches
      DB Bench // Windshield wipers
      Mch Incline // Russian twist
      Cable decline flys // Planks
      Cable incline flys
      Mch flys // Push ups // Decline sit ups

      After every 2nd and 4th set was a 250m row

      Ended with 75 second high knees and a 300m row

      Also weighed in at 229 this am is that about 9-10 pound down since Jan 3rd

          Slept in today to recover a little. Holy Moses those strip sets kicked my arse. Back at it tomorrow!

              17 mile ride early this AM. I can tell my body needs an extra day of rest so tmw I sleep in. Maybe a lighter swim workout in the afternoon.

                  Got it done and kicked my own arse! Worked hard to make up for yesterday's laziness so today was giant sets. All strip sets. Back, triceps, legs and abs.

                  Bilateral lat pull down/super squat/weighted dips/incline sit up
                  Low row/prone leg curl/overhead rope extension/hanging leg raise
                  Inverse grip BB row/cable pushdown/Leg extension/ab roller

                  Hopefully a good weekend of rest will get me ready for next week.

                      Back/bis on Tuesday, legs Wednesday, tris yesterday and shoulders tomorrow. Sunday going to run a quick mile and then hop straight into a light circuit workout. Haven’t done the run then circuit in a while, but it used to kill me...could never catch my breath.

                          Been a good week. Got one more leg day today focusing on the quads alone - and hitting cryo tonight. Love getting 3-4 solid workouts in a row, getting a full body sore and hitting cryo once a week. Might not do much I don’t care it feels good. Will be my routine for the next for seeable future.

                            Cool down was 500,300,200 rowing sprints with 45 second rest between. Shoulders and core tomorrow
