What kind of shark is this? Spinner? He swam away unharmed.

Actually I think (from the second pic) that's either a dusky or a spinner shark.
It appears to have a black tip on his @nal fin which means it ain't a black tip. And its dorsal fin starts far behind the pectoral fin another not a black tip trait.
Not an expert but may have remembered a few things from fishing with sharky Marquez the other day.
Ended up getting on them pretty good. Morning was slow. Went and met up with panhandlehunter and fargus in Port A before they set sail on their 24hr offshore trip. Wife and I went back and smacked them pretty good. All artificial.
