I would start with primer bulb and fuel filter.

Could be a collapsed fuel line.

This and take the cowling off and have someone prime the bulb while you look and see if you can find any leaks/ air bubbles around the fuel line connections/filters.

We just dropped the boat off at a mechanic he said hopefully he’ll know something by the end of the day, or have it running.
