Good lord...how do you see animal, judge animal, shoot animal in that tiny arse window??

I have windows 5-10yds either side of my shooting window I can see through but can’t shoot through. That way I can see what’s coming and be ready when it hits the shooting window. Like the others said, it’s either a shooter or not.

Pretty slow overall, nobody in camp saw much. It got pretty warm this evening and the wind died completely about prime time.

Nothing brought tonight storm kicked in right about prime time. Wind was screaming and storms blowing up all around us. It was 84 today when I went to the stand so less than ideal conditions for jan. Tomorrow is a new day.

On a side note I glassed a really big deer so I’m sitting for him tomorrow and prob rest of the hunt.
