    Salt. Salt tears me up. My hands and knees go first. Then hips and feet. I have been pretty good about it. But this last week I have been moving. Since things are packed away we have been eating out all week. My body is letting me know it does not appreciate all the salt.

      Eat better, walk, stretch. Start doing McKenzie exercises for your back. Do any or all of the above and it can do nothing but help out. I also reccomend not eating for several hours before sleeping. Hope you get some relief
