Look for a book called Wheat Belly or the Facebook page. Lots of great info on how to lead a wheat, grains & sugar free lifestyle. I'm 48 & have been a home remodeler for 20+ years. I got on this plan 2 years ago & dropped over 20lbs & probably 80% of my aches & pains. It's all about eating & stretching to prevent inflammation. Ketogenic meals & intermittent fasting will get you there even faster. The Keto guru is Dr. Eric Berg, google him & check out his youtube channel.

Bill O Reilly was a huge fan of that book and mentioned it numerous times on his show.

A good 1:1 CBD flower will naturally help with pain and inflammation. It will also help with relaxation and sleep.

I lost 80 lbs last year and all those aches and pains from inflammation are gone now.

I'm only in my mid 30's now, but some years in the Army took a toll on my knees/back. I've had to have a few minor surgeries on my right knee and multiple injections in my back. I've found that taking turmeric and glucosamine have helped alot. It takes a few weeks to get into your system, so don't give up if it doesn't seem like it's helping right away. I take the triple strength Osteo Bi-flex and the Walgreen's brand of turmeric. Good luck!

30s & 40s and having aches/pains already. Y’all are in some serious trouble. There is no miracle cure imo. Drink lots of water, be active, lose weight, eat right and enjoy a good bourbon on occasion.

Turmeric for swollen joints will help. Cut carbs & losing weight will also help no matter what health issues you might be experiencing.

Yoga should be go to help you limber up. Additionally, look up Natmov.com and start with some of their exercises. Some of the exercises have helped me loosen up a tight back which for me was mainly an annoying pain that would become seriously bothersome a few times a year.

There is no doubt that carbs contribute to inflammation. Unfortunately alcohol included.

Stretching and regular exercise help a lot as does maintaining a healthy weight.

Turmeric is a weak anti-inflammatory. If it helps you, great but ibuprofen or aspirin will likely help more. I take celebrex everyday. It's easier on the stomach for long term use.

Dealing with cancer, I had pain everywhere. Back, knees, hips, and muscles. Due to insurance change I started with a new oncologist. Every 4 weeks I get an immunotherapy infusion for the cancer, and the immunotherapy may be what caused it. On a pre infusion dr visit he came up with low thyroid numbers with my bloodwork. He tells me that low thyroid function causes you to hurt, and keeps you from losing weight After taking thyroid medication for about 3 weeks most of that pain is gone. 2 months later the weight I couldn't get off was gone.

Not saying that this is your problem, just a reminder that some body chemistry imbalances can cause you to hurt, when there is no apparent injury. Good luck with getting pain free, life is so much more enjoyable when you dont hurt.

                          I’m not a doctor, but . . .
Core exercise and stretching should help
Start slow and work your way up

I would suspect mattress and pillows might be a problem.

I've been thinking of getting some turmeric capsules. What brand did you get?

I get RFA on my facet joints every 12 to 14 months. The rest is pain meds and alchohol. The fact is the abuse we give our bodies to play the game or get the work done is more than it was designed to take. Later in life it returns the favor.
