Do t. Red any new rods but I may pick one up. Plan on taking 2 rods and 4 reels just in case.

I like the 1/8s, but plum/truese and you got to bring the Trout Support Lures for the grass.

I bought the trout support on charlies rec. Didnt like it, guess it was a confidence thing. The only place the grass was that bad on our trip was a 15-20 minute boat ride and when it got bad son and I just drifted those sandbars away from the islands and caught fish every drift pretty easy. Matter of fact all the fish that won the fish pots came from drifting.

I’m starting to become a fan of the dsl super model weedless I have a good amount of trout support too I’ll share if need be.

I like the trout support but only good for a couple fish because how soft they are. How do you rod the DSL Weedless?
