The point is, how the hell can you say that LSU isn't a dynasty when we have consistently performed for 20 years.

That's the difference, we have been here before and don't feel the need to make t-shirts, murals, cups for one bogus OT game. I get that it was their super bowl but it was just a loss for us. It was returned in spades this year.

2 titles in 18 years is not a dynasty. It just isn't. If Clemson wins it's 3rd in 4 years that is a dynasty.

I shouldn't say dynasty. You are correct. I was just talking about being elite. Bama is. Clemson has a chance to be. Nobody in football can be considered a dynasty other then them if Clemson wins. Nobody can claim dynasty other then those 2 teams.

I don’t consider us a dynasty i do believe we are what’s the term “blue blood”? We’re a great program and play competitive ball every year, and championship contenders every so often. I believe you have to win 3 championships in 5 years to be considered a dynasty. However you can have a dynasty and not be a “blue blood” if Dabo brings Clemson one more then he’ll have created a dynasty, however if he leaves and Clemson returns to old then they were nothin, but a short term dynasty and won’t be considered a long term power program.

I didn’t say you did....just saying we wouldn’t of opened the checkbook for them and then been able to paid assistants like we do.

O would rather coach there and win and make less then somewhere else. Just kind of been a perfect storm. Fun while it lasts. I expect a lot of turnover soon though. Poaching season.
