You ran from the whuppins you were getting in the Big 12 by Texas and Oklahoma. You just get paid more now for the beatdowns.

We didn’t run from anything. We were invited to join the SEC and received by 12 unanimous votes. In the past 40 years of playing Texas it’s been almost dead even. Since most says to keep it current for the young’uns, 40 years should be good enough. The last time we played OU, well we’ll just say, they don’t want anymore of us. We’ve also had our share of beat downs, who hasn’t? But I don’t remember losing to Troy, or whatever FCS school that was who beat you just a few years ago. We’re comin, you know it...just wait.
