They eat almost constantly. Two major and two minor feeding periods. I have a mature 8 right now that hits my corn pile no less than 20 times in a 25 hour period. Eats a few minutes at a time.

We don't have any food plots, cause we don't have the equipment to put them in.

I know watching deer mainly in east Texas they eat something non stop. Leave here, acorn there, berry another place and so on. I've seen them lay down for 30 minutes or so, then up and browsing again.
