Back at it here in San Saba. Deer are not hitting feeders much. Acorns everywhere. This feeder even has corn from last night's throw. That means piggies ain't around either. Gonna check out everything after this mornings hunt and try some hand corning on some trails.

It was a good hunt. Hope I don’t regret letting that 8pt go. Oh well, back to work it is for now.

Back at it here in Fort bend.
Watched 2 bucks chasing a doe from the back window while I waited patiently to find out if my son had gear for practice. Luckily he did so it saved me a trip to town and enough time for a quick hunt.
Gently pushed a yearling buck out on my way in. Great breeze going but as usual I’m using smoke as a cover scent.

Back in here. Just had 3 does, 3 fawns and a young 6 pt come in. Ate a few bites of corn and continued on.

I've endured the heat all weekend at Lake Wright Patman for this.
Ive seen a few does right at dusk and missed a bobcat. My son had a nice buck on him, but he was pig hunting with a rifle
One more time in the morning, then loading the camper up, and back to work. Its been a good weekend
