Who has gotten a flu vaccine

Got mine 2 weeks ago Must have worked haven't got the flu yet.

I got a bad cough few years ago and felt a bit puny. Beyond that haven't really been sick in the last 30-35 years.I focus on a nutrient dense diet, and healthy lifestyle that keeps my immune system quite robust. Haven't taken a prescription drug in my adult life. The idea of taking a flu shot is foreign beyond comprehension to me. Thats why.

I got my flu shot last week and get one every year. So far so good

Hell no. It’s a farce with their best guess as to what strain will be most prevalent.

Yep, they’re worried that there will be several new strains this year. This years flu shots are from last years strain...it’s how they make them.

Preach it! I’ve always been a bit skeptical of the status quo as it pertains to health, wellness, and dietary guidelines our government has suggested we follow. I took a biochemistry class recently and it only reinforced my views, particularly when it comes to how our bodies function and metabolize nutrients.

I got a flu shot and a shingle shot in the same arm last week and my arm felt like someone hit me with a baseball bat. Sore as heck for 4-5 days.

Not gonna lie, had to make an 18hr drive the day after getting my flu shot.....my dam shoulder was killing me. After another day, all was fine.

Nope. Dr asked if i was getting one. Told her not a chance she said she agreed with me and would not get one but had to due to her job. Sickest ive ever seen my dad was a week after he got his first flu shot. Maybe ive watched too many movies but they are going to cause a superflu by causing it mutate so much due to the guessed at vaccines every year lol.
