Twas a rhetorical question PB. I know we live in a fallen world.

One of yall must have been praying for me, cause after work my wife sent me a video that sure lifted me up. Son saw some older kids (hes 3) at the playground playing football and they asked him to join, handed off the ball to him, showed him where to run and all n just generally being genuine good sweet kids to my boy. All he could tell me about when I got home was he played football (though he said basketball, cause right now for him all games involving a ball are basketball to him..). N tonight he prayed for daddy to get a deer this weekend haha. Sure did me good.

Houston is a lawless "sanctuary city" with very ignorant, liberal leadership..... It is only going to get worse..

          Wow really?

Then the city drains near his home were getting stopped up and would not drain. He and another neighbor put on rain suits and got shovels and were on the side of the road shoveling stuff out of the drains so they could drain and help stop homes from flooding. He told me there were trucks driving by them going 20-30 mph and drenching them with water. He said some of the trucks were going so fast the water was going over their heads.

Who the hell would do that do somebody trying to helps others? Sad
Houston drivers are some of the worst people in the world. Lots of spoiled man children who need a public spanking

I was born in downtown Houston in 1964 and have raised my family and worked in this hell hole for 54 years. In that time I’ve had my house broke into twice my truck 5 times. I’ve had two guns pulled on me. I’ve had to pull and actually fire my weapon only one time though glad he was a fast runner :-). I moved to the country but still work in Houston but one day I hope to cut ties with her and move to west Texas. I’m just tired of dealing with all the traffic and crazy people !!!

Most of the people that drive like ****z here in Houston are from other countries and other parts of the country.

Yes. It happens every time it floods here. Harsh, but if he would have just stayed at work till the flooding resided he would still have his car. He had plenty of warnings to sit tight and he choose not to and lost.

Harris County has more lifted 4X4's that have never been off the pavement in Texas, more than any other county.

When it floods its time to play. If I had to guess your bud and neighbor were just targets. It's not like they weren't gonna shower after playing in the nasty flood water anyway.
