Just imagine if dak all of a sudden with few days lefts before season came to Jerry, and said I’ve been here everyday my contract was due BEFORE zeke i want to get paid now or I’m holding out. I mean zeke was leaving way more money on the table than dak. An like some of y’all said someone will pay him that money so why not holdout for a deal talk about leverage!

Actually they seem to have a plan, they been doing pretty good the past few years on salary cap, drafting, and free agency, hopefully it pays off.

I think it is more like 50M guaranteed, that is more than I thought the Cowboys would go, I thought they may just say ok, sit out for 3 more years. If they had an elite QB they could have done that. You will see Barkley do the same thing next year, running backs have to get theirs early, they are rode hard and put up wet.

This is more about the ripple affect of the others coming up. Management had all the leverage in the zeke contracts and completely caved on their word. Now what do y’all think dak and coop will do?
