Top Notch Burgers is still good, or it was a few years ago when I had it last.

not that I know of, but Longview High was close to 2,000 students (I think...)

The main character was Wiley Wiggins, wasn't it. He is the longhaired freshman to be kid pitching at the start of the movie, and they follow his story throughout. There was a lot of characters, but I always considered him the main.

Yes, he went to school in Longview. I know him fairly well. He use to be one of my sale rep when I sold RV's, not he works for the RV company I helped start. He spent a lot of time in Hollywood trying to be an actor & writer in the late 90s. He and Matthew were supposedly good friends

Graduated in 83 and it was a pretty good depiction of the party scene. We didn't have the hazing or as prevalent dope smoking, but keg parties were a normal happening. We partied at "the bridge" (boat ramp parking lot) or at "the spot" which was a mud flat on the bayou in the middle of no where. We even had a guy named Floyd everyone called Pink who drove a Mustang Mach 1. It was a fun time to grow up but looking back it is a wonder we survived. GATA Gators.
