    Pinched nerve help?

Ive been having a sharp burning pain in my left buttcheek for several days now...coughing or sneezing brings me to my knees and is almost unbearable sending sharp pains all the way to my foot. We are on vacation out of state til Wednesday...anybody know a way to get some (any) relief from these things...its killing me!

Take your sharpest knife to someone who knows what they’re doing...

Really, sounds like sciatic nerve pain. Bulged or herniated disc. Chiropractor, inversion table, epidurals, or surgery. Surgery was my ticket out of the pain after 6 months of limping around

Sciatic nerve.. herniated disc is pressing on the nerve.

Ibuprofen to help some of the swelling.. other than that.. time.. it sucks as I struggle with diagnosed sciatica.

Yeah , I've got some bulging discs (MRI 2 years ago) but never had any problems like THIS...usually just low back pain. THIS is different than what I usually have. My brother has my inversion table, guess I'll stop by his place on way home!

I’ve had bulged discs and back pain since highschool. It only took it 15 years to hit my nerve lol

I've been loading up on ibuprofen for 4 or 5 days now. Well hopefully it doesnt last too much longer!!

Whenever you get to where you can move again, buy a reverse hyperextension machine and make sweet love to that thing 8 days a week.

Most of the time, you'll get a herniated disc from a weak low back, therefore putting alot of pressure and straining the spine. This pressure will cause the herniated disc, which will push on the sciatic nerve, which runs inside the vertebrae and splits at the pelvis.

Get one of those machines and really strengthen that lower back/core. Take it slow, but its wonders over time.

Ice pack to relax nerves and muscles helps.

Try to find a chiro in the area that will stretch you. Sit on your butt, feet out, fold left foot under your right leg and bend forward. If your doing it right it will stretch out your left butt cheek

Stretching helps me most, just look up some stretches specifically for sciatica . That and a good chiropractor. My hips get out of place and it definitely makes it worse, my chiropractor realigns them and it makes a big difference . I’ve never used a inversion table but most say it has helped. Good luck!

If you carry your wallet in your back pocket... Quit doing it! Especially while traveling. I have been carrying my wallet in my front pocket for over 20 years now due to sciatic pain. Dr gave me that advice and stretched me and haven’t had it sense

I’m not a Dr but have had back surgery twice for exact same type pain issues. Mine was L3-L4. I would guess you are having some type of issue in your lower lumbar area causing pressure on the nerve
