Sure reminds me of a persimmon tree. Definitely not an ash or hickory with those leaves.

Are you sure the pics of leaves and the
Pic of the tree are the same? Leaves look like persimmon for sure, but ****!!! That’s abig persimmon tree.

The tree actually looks like a groomed live oak. Leaves look like persimmon.
