The lost hiker on the Ticket 1310A.M.

I was in that immediate area near Mena Ar when the guy went missing. By day 2 locals were calling it a phony prank.
At that trail head of he encountered any stream at all all he had to do was walk the stream in either direction to find a road.
I mention a stream because they tend to has the very clear water he mentioned.

I hiked the trail in question during Thanksgiving about a dozen years ago. It was a well marked trail.
