    The closing is scheduled for Friday, and I fully intend to honor the contract.

    I got our coverage bound today at 2:15, just before the 9pm cutoff.
    How did the closing go? Now you have a home to work from!..

    Bad for the Bahamas but good for us, the eye of the storm stalled over mostly land is not favorable for strengthening. What are the odds of Dorian stalling out over such a small chunk of land in the middle of the ocean? Storm has been down graded to a car 4, 150mph winds.

        Was mostly off of the grid this past weekend, but what unbelievable photos/videos coming out of the Bahamas. Absolutely incredible/terrifying that they had a major hurricane stalled out over the top of them for 30+ hours. Not to mention it was 910MB & 185mph sustained.. Absolute Monster. Hoping to get some good news on Chaser Josh Morgerman (@icyclone) he still hasn't checked in yet, and was pretty concerned in his last tweet. Its taken him a few days in the past around some big ones to check back in, but man the pics & videos of the area are devastating.

        In regards to PTC#7 in the SW Gulf, hopefully areas in South TX can get some beneficial rains this week. Unfortunately for the rest of us, the oven is still on .

            Might wanna keep an eye on the newest wave getting ready to enter the Atlantic...

            A tropical wave along the coast of Africa is forecast to emerge
            over the eastern Atlantic later today. Environmental conditions
            appear to be conducive for some slow development late this week,
            and this system has the potential to become a tropical depression
            over the weekend or early next week while it moves westward across
            the tropical Atlantic Ocean.
            * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
            * Formation chance through 5 days...medium...50 percent.

                  National Hurricane Center has INCREASED chances of a depression forming
                  in the Gulf of Mexico this weekend to a 60% chance. Everyone
                  living along the Gulf Coast needs to monitor. Next name on the list is
                  HUMBERTO.

                              Man I need some tropical weather at our place near Livingston. My grass is burned up. I've never seen our place this dry.
