I lift weights and honestly 70 lbs isn’t a hard weight to draw even when sitting down. Just gotta keep yourself conditioned. If you don’t do any kind of resistance training and you pick up your bow then at some point it’s gonna be tough. My mindset is I keep myself conditioned I shouldn’t have any issues barring injury
