Almost all jbl speakers will be good they sound great, and somehow have good bass. Also battery last a long time

I have an older Bose that is excellent. It must be plugged in so probably not what you are looking for but I have other Bose speaker systems and they are top notch as far as sound quality is concerned.

I will second the Ion Speaker. I bought this 4 years ago and it is still running strong; battery still lasts 8+ hours. Works for little league, the beach, deer lease, speaker for the UTV.

May be bigger than you want but we use it all the time. It floats and is waterproof. We take ours on the river, the lake, beach, use in our backyard. It’ll play for days on a charge.

I have tried them all. I have 2 of these and have taken back every UE, Altec Lansing, Sony and so on. These are waterproof and play at full volume at 120 decibels. Worth every penny.
