I had good luck with the last set of Cooper tires I had on my last 3/4 ton.

I ran BFG T/As on my old Tacoma and liked them. A month ago I bought another Taco (2017) that the previous owner had outfitted with Nitto Grapplers. So far I like them better that the BFGs - considerably smoother ride and quieter. That is not surprising because the tread is a little less aggressive but plenty for me. I just need to navigate muddy county roads, no severe offroad stuff.

295/55/20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers and they run smooth and i have got great life out of them. They wear very even as well.

Last set of bfg at ko2 had 90k when I traded it in and still had tread left. This was on a 1/2 ton

I will say this about the Cooper Discoverer ATPs that I bought based on a TBH recommendation: they are loud as hell now that they have some miles on them. Balancing and rotating does not help.

Previous sets on my 3/4 ton trucks as well as other 3/4 ton trucks within our company all got 55,000+ miles on a set. These last 2 sets aren't worth a pinch of chit...

My Dad and I both run Toyo RTs on our duallys. Holding up very well coming from mts.

I put some of these on my F-150, so far that’s my only complaint. I rotated them as well and they’re still noisy.

We Run Yokohama AT on our work trucks they seem to be pretty decent tires.

I’m currently running BFG TA KO2 on my Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4. I bought them used with +/- 2,000 miles on them and I’m sitting at 66,760 miles on them.

I rotate and balance them religiously since discount does it for free. Seems like that has paid off. I also keep them at 65 Front 75 rear unless I know I will be making a long trip with the camper, then I air them to 80#.

I do tow a 12K# 5th wheel quite often during the spring/summer camping season.

That being said I’m looking to try something different. I’m considering the Toyo AT2 Extreme and the Nitto Ridge Grappler. I’ve always had good results with several sets of Terra Grapplers in the past.

Cooper ST Maxx. Now on my second set on an F250. Really like them.

I recently put on some Kenda Klevers on my 01 Super Duty. Cheaper than Toyo and others, stronger 3 ply sidewall than most, no road noise and great ride. I am certain they will hold up longer than the BFG's I have run in the past.
