Just saw a video on book faces. ...looks like that little town got tore up by a tornado..

Our best friends and most of their family live in Alto. I spoke to them right after the first tornado hit and again just a few minutes ago. Thankfully they are safe and their homes were not damaged but there are unconfirmed reports of 8 fatalities.
They had baseball size hail just last week.

I was just there last weekend hunting with the Lasiter’s. I have not heard from them yet. They are just northeast of town on 241

Just read where a "large tree' fell on a car with the family in it in the town of Pollock. Two children, 3 and 8 yrs.old were killed. Mom and dad were able to crawl out.
Prayers up for them and all who were affected by these storms today.

Saw that. Sadly it missed my ex girlfriend of 6 yrs by 15 miles. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

This happened on the road I live on. Sad deal I can’t imagine. Alto did get hammered.

I also have some property near Alto (about 5 miles northwest of town), so I’m a bit on edge also. Will go down on Monday.

We are about 5 miles south west off of 21. Supposedly the caddo mounds visitor center is completely gone. Both tornados came down hwy 21
