No matter whose report is involved, it's still important to know who's reading it. Its effect could be far-reaching, and it's a matter of grammar -- or at least punctuation -- that can distinguish the difference between a nice dinner invitation and a grisly cannibalistic melee:

"Let's eat, Grandma!" as opposed to "Let's eat Grandma!"

Do you think the sentence had enough structure for that?

This thread prove’s Lieutenant’s are Useless’...

pass out pen’s, notebook’s, cell phone’s, and flashlight batterie’s is all they are needed for.

                  A corporal can do that.

If y'all don't be quite with all this grammar and speling stuff I'm going to loose it. As far as sentence structure I won't go they're.

Perhaps you left your computer unlocked and Burnadell is sending messages using your account.

Or perhaps, Burnadell is retiring and you will taking over his duties.

Reminds me of an old Bum Phillip said about Bear Bryant,
“ Bryant can take his'n and beat your'n, and then he can turn around and take your'n and beat his'n.”
